Recently, the 35 elevators of Huayuan New Village, Huaguan Community of Gongbei Street, completed and accepted and put into use. The safety travel of the residents has been guaranteed and smiled.

It is understood that Huayuan New Village was built in 1996. The 35th elevator has been used for 26 years. Due to the severe aging of the elevator components, it still fails frequently. The occurrence of a trapped incident caused a great threat to the safety of residents. In recent years, residents have repeatedly discussed the replacement of old elevators, but because of different opinions, they have not been able to change.

In order to help Huayuan Xincun 35 residents solve the safety of travel, the Qiaoguang Community Party Committee has organized a "elevator replacement coordination meeting" many times. Through a series of processes such as soliciting opinions, voting, and implementation rules, 35 all owners of buildings have been obtained. With the consent of the property party, the plan for replacing the elevator was finally finalized and started to implement it. Recently, the elevator replacement was completed.

This time, the elevator replacement was led by the community party committee.
