On the 4th, the reporter learned from the Water and Transportation Bureau of Xiangfang District of Harbin that the Harcheng Road Revision Project has been fully launched on August 1. At present, various projects are progressing smoothly. It is expected to be fully completed and opened to traffic in mid -September.

Hasheng Road is a county -level road in the east of Xiangfang District, with a total length of 12.7 kilometers. Since June 2021, after the opening of the Railway Road of the Jiangnan Central Road, the heavy -duty vehicle increased by the Jiangnan Central Road entered the Harcheng Road, which led to the damage of the road on the downhill of the intersection of the Harheng Road and the Jiangnan Central Road. The exit of the exit of Cheng Gaozi Town and the Jiangnan Central Road is about 300 meters long, 2,700 square meters, and the pits are large and deeper, and driving is blocked.

Since last year, the Highway Station of Xiangfang Water and Transportation Bureau has conducted six simple repair on the section, and has been maintained many times since the beginning of the spring this year. However, this section is a large car turning point. Small cultivation can only maintain a short pass. As the heavy -duty vehicles increased frequently, the pits and grooves repeatedly appeared. In June, the Water Transportation Bureau of Xiangfang District completed the survey and design of Hasheng Road maintenance and renovation. In July, the construction bidding was completed. On August 1st, the road was fully closed.

According to Lu Shifeng, the director of the Highway Station of the Water and Transportation Bureau of Xiangfang District, the old pavement has been removed. The next step will be laid and the drainage implementation is added. The total investment of the project is nearly one million yuan, and it is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in mid -September.
