Tianjiagou Village is located in a trigger area in Dongxia Town, Datong County, Xining City, about 60 kilometers south. The Executive Deputy Dean and Design Director of the Beauty Design Institute stated that the theme of Tianjiagou Village Rural Revitalization Plan is "Dasaka Station, Blue Bell Starry Sky". The plan has preset the path of many problems such as construction land through the top -level design, and paved the way for leading the construction of the "beautiful countryside" of Tianjiagou Village.

The reporter from the Yangtze River Daily learned that the plan was centered on the construction and tourism development of the village and designed the "Five Museums and Eight Districts", with a total of 17 attractions. For example, there are art farmland that uses crop landscapes, the Oil House Museum, which experiences handmade oil squeezing oil, there are the blue bird star library that read stargazing.

At present, the construction of the "Beautiful Rural" of Tianjiagou Village is progressing smoothly, and some of the reconstruction of homestays and new landscapes have been completed.
