The survey team of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region went to Tongliao City to conduct legislative surveys

In accordance with the legislative work plan of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region in 2022, in order to accelerate the review and revision of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regulations, Feng Yuzhen, a member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region and a member of the Legislative Committee of the Autonomous Region, led a team to Tongliao City to carry out the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Firefight Regulations (revised draft) legislative survey.

The research team went deep into the "one team and one center" in Jianguo Street, Corqin District, Tongliao City, the Wanhua Community, and the Xindong Third Road Fire Rescue Station of the Xindong District of Korqin District to conduct field surveys. In Jianguo Street, the research team asked in detail the investment capital investment, personnel recruitment, vehicle equipment equipment, duty support, and fire safety service center of the government's full -time team station. The "fire -fighting co -administration model has observed the display of high -rise buildings, gas special, electric vehicle centralized parking and charging control, and special group care and fire -themed cultural square construction display.

At the Fire Rescue Station of the New Industry Third Road, I watched the emergency rescue capacity building and equipment display. The research team highly affirmed the large amount of effective work in Tongliao City's implementation of fire safety responsibility system, fire prevention and control, and fire rescue, especially in the comprehensive management of fire safety at the grassroots level. Revision provides practical reference.

During the survey, the responsible comrades of responsible comrades of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Municipal Emergency Management, Market Supervision, Public Security, Finance, Housing Construction and other units conducted discussions and exchanges with the research team. The fire organizations, safety responsibilities, fire prevention, supervision and inspection, and legal responsibilities involved in China are combined with the current fire safety situation and daily work to put forward relevant opinions and suggestions. The research team pointed out that since the reform of the state institution, the fire protection system and work responsibilities have undergone major changes. The revision of the "Regulations" has significant practical significance for promoting the current fire rescue cause and the coordinated development of the economy and society. Carefully sort out, absorb and adopt, do a good job of modification, supplement and improvement, make the Regulations more realistic guiding significance, and provide strong legal guarantee for the fire protection work in our district.
