In the first half of the year, the output of lithium ion batteries in my country increased by 150% year -on -year

Recently, the reporter learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that in the first half of 2022, under the leadership of carbon peak carbon neutrality and the strong downstream demand, my country's lithium -ion battery industry's main indicators achieved high -speed growth. According to the calculation of industry specifications announcement of enterprise information and industry associations, the output of lithium -ion batteries in the first half of the year exceeded 280GWh, an increase of 150%year -on -year, and the industry's income exceeded 480 billion yuan.

In the lithium ion battery, the output of energy storage batteries in the first half of the year reached 32GWh, and the amount of new energy vehicle power battery installed was about 110GWh. The export of lithium -ion battery products increased by 75%year -on -year. In the first -order material link, the output of positive poles, negative materials, diaphragms, and electrolytes in the first half of the year increased by more than 55%year -on -year. In the second -order material link, the output of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide in the first half of the year reached 150,000 tons and 102,000 tons, respectively, an increase of 34%and 25%year -on -year, respectively.

The demand has led to the active of entrepreneurial innovation. Data from Tianyan Check shows that as of now, there are more than 39,000 lithium -ion battery enterprises in my country, of which 428 registered enterprises have been added from January to July 2022.

The growth of the main indicators of the lithium -ion battery industry is closely related to the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry. According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, since this year, my country's new energy vehicle industry has achieved smooth and rapid development. In the first half of the year, the production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 2.661 million and 2.6 million, respectively, a total of 1.2 times year -on -year.
