The second is to stipulate that the state implements the national fitness plan, formulates and implement physical exercise standards, regularly carry out citizenship physical fitness monitoring and national fitness activity surveys, and conduct scientific fitness guidance. The third is to stipulate that the state establishes and improves the coordination mechanism of national fitness work, and requires local people's governments and relevant departments to provide necessary conditions for national fitness activities. State organs, enterprises and institutions, and various group organizations should be organized according to their own characteristics Carry out national fitness activities. The fourth is that the people's governments at or above the county level shall regularly organize relevant departments to evaluate the implementation of the national fitness plan and announce the evaluation report to the society.
