Since 2021, Hunan has explored the completion of 12 small "one -to -one" transliteration trade with Africa. On this basis, Hunan breaks through the limitations of the traditional transliteration trade in time and space. It will propose a pilot plan for the settlement of non -local currency settlement trade with customs, foreign exchange and tax departments. African countries explore new models based on goods exchange, information flow summary, commodity flow cross -border, and capital flow.

According to Yang Yi, director and spokesman of the Provincial Department of Commerce, the fundamental purpose is to solve the problem of cross -border settlement caused by the shortage of foreign exchange in African countries in African countries. Structure optimization and ensure that Chinese export companies are collected.

Earlier this year, the Hunan Provincial Government has reported to the Ministry of Commerce for the pilot plan for non -local currency settlement trade. The non -local currency settlement trade test is prepared for the next stage of pilot application. At present, companies participating in the test form are sorting out the entire business process, exporting Chinese electromechanical equipment, and matching imported African non -resource products.
