According to the "Planning", during the "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan" period, it is necessary to refine the design and construction road space to increase the proportion of green traffic rights such as public transportation, walking and non -motorized vehicles, and enhance the environmental quality and public space atmosphere of the street. For cities suitable for cycling, the proportion of newly -built and transformed roads in the red line and non -motorized lane space should not be less than 30%.

"Planning" requires the optimization of people -centered green sharing space. During the "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan" period, it is expected that the area of ​​new and transforming urban parks in the country is about 100,000 hectares, and the length of the green road is about 20,000 kilometers.
