Support Mulanxi Basin Ecological Environment Comprehensive Governance Putian Yiya Loan Project Funds Application Report was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission

The reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission yesterday that the National Development and Reform Commission has recently approved the comprehensive governance of the ecological environment of the Mulanxi Basin in Xianyou County, Fujian Province, and enhance the project fund application report, support the project to carry out subsequent foreign negotiations and signing, and promote the smooth implementation of the project.

In the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission pointed out that supporting the ecological and environmental governance of the Mulanxi Basin and the promotion of the coordinated development of the economy and society and the ecological environment. According to the approval, the total investment of the project was 3.896 billion yuan, of which 177.5 million euros were borrowed from the Asian Development Bank loan. The main construction content of the project includes the comprehensive management project of the Mulan Creek Basin in Xianyou County, the rural sewage improvement project of the rural sewage in Mulanxi Basin in Xianyou County, the comprehensive treatment project of Xianyou solid waste, and the improvement of the forestry ecological restoration and protection capacity improvement project of the Mulanxi Basin, Xianyou County Mulan Creek Basin smart water conservancy management system, Xianyou County Mulanxi Basin smart drainage management system, Xianyou County smart sanitation management platform, Xianyou County smart forestry management platform, institutional capacity building project, Xianyou County Mulanxi Basin urban area 11 sub -projects including Water Environment Comprehensive Management Project and Fengting Town Water Environment Comprehensive Governance Project.
