At the third quarter press conference held yesterday (2nd) the National Energy Administration, the relevant person in charge said that the overall balance of energy supply and demand in my country in the first half of this year,

It shows the characteristics of obvious recovery trend, energy supply capacity and quality improvement, and increased effective investment in the energy field after short -term downward downward decline.

In the first half of this year, energy consumption fluctuated short -term fluctuations. In the first quarter, energy consumption continued the growth of last year. In June, the year -on -year growth rate of electricity consumption in the whole society turned to 4.7%, and the decline in coal and natural gas consumption narrowed. The year -on -year growth rate of electricity consumption in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta was negatively transferred in May and June, respectively.

In terms of energy supply, from January to June, the output of crude oil and natural gas increased by 4.0%and 4.9%year -on -year. Coal mines increased by 78.9 million tons, and the output of raw coal increased by 11.0%year -on -year. As of the end of June, the country's coal inventory of the unified power plant was 170 million tons, an increase of 51.7%year -on -year, and the number of days can be 29 days, which maintains a high level.

In terms of energy investment, the investment completion in the first half of this year increased by 15.9%year -on -year. The first large -scale wind power photovoltaic base projects focusing on desert, Gobi, and desert areas have been fully started. At the same time, the construction of charging infrastructure is also accelerating. 3.8 times the same period last year. As of the end of June, more than 270 hydrogenation stations have been built nationwide.

In the first half of the year, renewable energy was added 54.75 million kilowatts

In addition, the National Energy Administration stated that in the first half of this year, my country ’s renewable energy power generation was added 54.75 million kilowatts, accounting for 80%of the country’ s new power generation installed capacity. Among them, hydropower, wind power, photovoltaic power generation, and biomass power generation have added 9.41 million kilowatts, 12.94 million kilowatts, 30.88 million kilowatts, and 1.52 million kilowatts, respectively.

As of the end of June, my country's renewable energy power generation machine reached 1.18 billion kilowatts. Among them, the hydropower installed capacity of 4 billion kilowatts, 342 million kilowatts of wind power installation machines, 336 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation machines, and 39.5 million kilowatts of biomass power generation machines.
