From now until August 10, the event organizing committee will select more than 40 cards and fixed operating venues in the city, and the Changde Mi Fan Store and enterprises that meet the requirements of food service safety requirements are recommended. Rice noodles catering products can be the currently -produced Changde rice noodles in the store, or the convenience of rice noodles produced by enterprises.

From August 15th to November 15th, it is the selection stage of the event. The selection work is divided into decentralized selection and centralized selection. Among them, the decentralized selection is a customer who consumed the store consumption on the spot to evaluate the participating products. The centralized selection is to select 20 products based on the results of the scattered selection. In the end, the event will be selected from the three categories of soup powder, dried marina (fried code) powder and stewed powder.

According to the statistics of the Mi -Mi Fan Industry Office, there are currently 21 Changde Mi Fan production enterprises in the city; more than 10,000 local Changdemi powder stores and more than 13,000 other countries. There are about 160,000 employees who opened rice noodles locally and other places. In 2022, the income of Changdemi Fan's entire industrial chain is expected to exceed 4 billion yuan.
