All units and departments quickly arrived at their respective positions in accordance with the requirements of the "Water Destroying Surgery Surgery Emergency Plan of the Wenxian Highway Section" to carry out emergency rescue. Traffic police and emergency management departments carry out traffic control on the spot, set up a security warning line and guide traffic, and maintain the order on the spot; the health department sent medical security personnel to stand on the spot; Yufu Township is responsible for the explanation of the surrounding people; Professional machinery and emergency personnel of the Wenxian Highway section quickly carried out rescue work. The excavator loosened soil and stones on the road, and the loader then transferred the earth and stones. After the landslide of the road was initially cleaned up, the emergency personnel carried out road shoulder recovery and road cleaning work. In the shortest time, the road is hindered to ensure the safety of passing vehicles. The exercise dispatched a total of 65 people, 5 machinery, and 12 vehicles. Each participating departments were clearly divided into work, reasonable arrangements, close cooperation, coordination, and the whole exercise was successfully completed.

This exercise not only inspected the organizational command and rapid response of various departments of Wenxian, but also enhanced the ability of coordination and cooperation, rapid response and efficient disposal between rescue units and departments to ensure the occurrence of disasters in the water destroyed in water damage.
