If it meets the requirements of environmental water discharge after treatment, it is managed in accordance with the wastewater; if it cannot be managed in accordance with the wastewater, it is managed according to the hazardous waste or other solid waste according to the attributes of the chemicals.
Article 36 When ships and port operators are carried out in the loading and unloading operation of the hazardous cargo in bulk liquids such as oil categories, they shall set up enclosure fences in accordance with relevant regulations and arrange personnel with relevant knowledge and professional skills to operate in accordance with safety prevention pollution operations.
