Article 34 The ship shall deal with and discharge the domestic sewage in accordance with relevant regulations. Article 35 The discharge, receiving, transfer, and treatment of the chemicals of the ship shall meet the requirements of laws and regulations and relevant standards.

Ship pollutant receiving units shall handle chemical washing cabin water to units with corresponding qualifications. If it meets the requirements of environmental water discharge after treatment, it is managed in accordance with the wastewater; if it cannot be managed in accordance with the wastewater, it is managed according to the hazardous waste or other solid waste according to the attributes of the chemicals.

Article 36 When ships and port operators are carried out in the loading and unloading operation of the hazardous cargo in bulk liquids such as oil categories, they shall set up enclosure fences in accordance with relevant regulations and arrange personnel with relevant knowledge and professional skills to operate in accordance with safety prevention pollution operations. Article 37 If the transportation of ships is easy to produce dust materials, dust prevention measures shall be taken to reduce dust emissions.

The ship shall formulate an emergency plan for the prevention and treatment of ships and its related operational activities, and report to maritime management agencies for record.

Article 40 Ship (except liquid ships) with electricity facilities (except liquid ships), if a berth of berths with shore electricity supply capacity at ports for more than three hours and without effective replacement measures shall be used in accordance with relevant regulations.
