Article 21 Any unit or individual shall not demolish, cross, or relocate the Great Wall.

In accordance with the law, the construction project conducted in the protection scope of Qi Great Wall and the construction control zone shall be coordinated with the historical style and natural landscape of Qi Great Wall.

Article 22 The people's governments at or above the county level shall do a good job of archeological investigation, exploration, and excavation before incorporating land in the protection scope of Qi Great Wall and the construction control zone.

Article 23 It is forbidden to engage in the following activities on Qi Great Wall:

(1) Take the soil, take stones, take bricks, open trenches, and dig a canal;

(2) Planting, breeding, and grazing;

(3) Rock climbing, engraving, and pollution;

(4) Relying on the construction of buildings and structures relying on Qi Great Wall;

(5) Establishing and installation facilities and equipment that is not related to the protection of Qi Great Wall;

(6) Driving transportation, or using transportation, etc. to cross the Great Wall;

(7) Show the appliance that may damage the Great Wall;

(8) Some organizations organize activities in Qi Great Wall segments that are not opened for visiting the tourist area;

(9) Other activities prohibited by laws and regulations.

Article 24 It is forbidden to engage in the following activities within the protection scope of Qi Great Wall:

(1) Engineering construction within the scope of the protection of project construction in Qi Great Wall protection planning;

(2) Open mountains, mines, stones, digging sand, sand digging, built grave, or performing blasting, drilling, and excavation without authorization;

(3) Delivery or storage of flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive items;

(4) Packing solid waste, discharge pollutants and other activities that endanger the Great Wall;

(5) Moving, damaging, engraving, staining the Great Wall protection logo and protection facilities;

(6) Other activities prohibited by laws and regulations.

Article 25 In the protection area and construction control zone of Qi Great Wall, facilities that pollute the Great Wall and its environment shall not be constructed. Facilities that are contaminated with the Great Wall and its environment shall be treated within a time limit.

Article 26 For buildings and buildings that endanger the safety of Qi Great Wall and the historical style of Qi Great Wall in the protection scope of the Great Wall and the construction control zone, the people's governments at or above the county level where the Great Wall is located shall be investigated and handled in a timely manner.

Article 27 The renovation of the Great Wall shall go through the approval procedures in accordance with the law, and shall be borne by the units that obtain the qualifications of the cultural relics protection project.

If the Qi Great Wall section has been damaged, the protection of the site shall be implemented and shall not be rebuilt at the original site.

Article 28: Qi Great Wall is seriously dangerous but cannot be completely repaired for the time being. And timely make up for approval procedures.

Holding activities in the visiting area, the number of people must not exceed the tourism capacity indicators approved by the law. Setting service items in the visiting area shall meet the requirements of Qi Great Wall protection planning.

Article 35 If the investment area of ​​the Great Wall in Qi Great Wall, social forces shall sign an agreement with the cultural relics department of the people's government at or above the county level where Qi Great Wall is located.

Article 36: Encourage social forces to set up the Qi Great Wall Museum and Exhibition Hall, showing the historical revolution, construction skills and cultural connotations of the various cultural relics built by Qi Great Wall and the Great Wall, and enhance the influence and appeal of Chinese civilization.

Encourage the development of cultural products with the theme of Qi Great Wall and the creation of literary and artistic works, interpret the history of Qi Great Wall, explain the value of Qi Great Wall, and spread the Chinese culture and Chinese spirit.

(2) Those who fail to carry out the protection of daily patrol monitoring, maintenance, maintenance, rescue reinforcement or repair;

Article 48 If there is one of the following conditions in violation of the provisions of these regulations, the cultural relics department of the people's government of the county (city, district) or the institution of the cultural relics administrative law enforcement functions shall be corrected, causing serious consequences, and one person to the individual is one of the individuals.
