Under the guidance of new telecommunications technology, Internet applications such as e -commerce, e -government, and remote office have been fully popularized. The annual transaction scale of mobile payment reached 527 trillion yuan. The developed information infrastructure network completely changed the living habits of the people.

The application of the Internet in the production field is also accelerating and deepening. As of now, my country's industrial Internet has covered more than 300 cities across the country, cultivated more than 150 large -scale industrial Internet platforms, and more than 78 million units connecting industrial equipment (sets). Industrial Internet applications have covered 45 national economic categories. Such a "digital infrastructure" is not only the cornerstone of the development of the digital economy, but also an important engine to optimize the economic structure and promote the sustainable development of the economy in the economy.

As the core productivity of the development of the digital economy, computing power has become an important infrastructure for the development of the national economy. Since this year, among the 10 national data centers across the country, 25 new projects have started, driving investment of more than 190 billion yuan in various aspects.

By transmitting data from developed regions in the east to areas with rich computing power resources in the west for calculations and storage, it not only eased the problem of energy tensions in the eastern part, but also opened up the west to the west.
