Meng Jun introduced that this year's summer grain acquisition shows three characteristics: First, the food sources are sufficient, and the purchase and sales are strong. This year's summer grain has been harvested again, and the food source is relatively sufficient. Diversified subjects are actively entering the market. As of August 1, the province's acquisition of 5.81 million tons of new wheat, and the reserved grain -reserving spurning tasks at all levels have completed more than 85%. Among them, the provincial level has completed 95%. The second is high quality and good quality. Recently, 2753 samples of quality survey were organized to achieve full coverage of the province and counties (cities, districts), and obtained 30,232 data testing data from conventional quality indicators. Judging from the survey results, the proportion of wheat above third or higher accounted for 93.0%, and this year's new harvest of wheat quality is generally better. Third, the price is good, and the income increases. After the new wheat is opened, the quality is generally better. The willingness to purchase and sell various market entities increases, and the price is maintained at a high level. According to monitoring, since July, the average price of wheat in the province has basically stabilized at 1.54 yuan/jin, an increase of 0.27 yuan/catties year -on -year, and farmers' grain farming income increased significantly.
