Fang Meihua graduated from the Department of History of Yanbian University in July 2004. He went to South Korea to study in August 2012 and obtained a PhD in sociology from the Korean Academy of Sciences. In July 2014, the Department of Sociology, Yanbian University, is a master's tutor of the ethnic minority history of Chinese minorities. In 2017, she began to engage in poetic creation. It has a philosophical thinking. More than 20 poems of Fang Meihua have been published in journals such as "Yanbian Literature", "Songhua River", "Douragi", and "Changbai Mountain". The poem "Unconscious" won the second Chinese Korean Youth Literature Award Silver Award.
