In order to better give play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine resources in our province, serve the economic transformation, and maintain the health of the people, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued the "Implementation Plan on the Construction of a Strong province of Chinese medicine" in 2020. · Among them, the service system is further improved. The National Regional Traditional Chinese Medicine Center of Xiyuan Hospital of Chinese Medical Sciences was officially unveiled. Of the 91 agricultural counties (cities), 88 public Chinese medicine hospitals were set up, with a coverage rate of 96.7%. The construction project of the Grassroots Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum achieves full coverage one year in advance. · Service capacity is further improved. There are 93 public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the province's secondary and above, of which 8 are 3 TCM Hospitals, 2 third -level Chinese medicine hospitals, and 70 secondary Chinese hospitals. Taking two provincial -level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the provincial capital as an example, in 2021, Shanxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital overcomes the impact of the epidemic. Cardiovascular Center of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the outpatient volume in 2021 increased by 17.32%compared with 2020, and the patients discharged patients increased by 81.87%.

· Resource potential is further excavated. Complete the census of 117 counties (cities, districts).
