On June 14, the on -site survey of the 1 million kilowatt water pumping storage project of Guojiashan County, Yushe County, was held in Yeyu Village, Heyu Township, Yushe County.

The project has been constructed since the end of 2021. It is planned to install 4 units, and the single -machine capacity is 250,000 kilowatts. The upper library is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The total investment of the project is about 6.5 billion yuan, and the construction cycle is 5 and a half years. The project is invested and constructed by Shanxi International Energy Group. After completion, it can achieve an annual power generation of 1.6 billion kilowatt -hours, annual power generation income of 870 million yuan, and an annual increase in county -level fiscal revenue of 160 million yuan. The implementation of this project is a positive exploration of Yueshe County to build a modern green clean energy system, which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the county economy.

Yushe County is located on the west foot of the Taihang Mountains. The characteristics are characterized by high surroundings, low in the middle, and large gap. The sunshine time in the territory is long and the water resources are rich. Development potential is huge. In particular, the area of ​​Wuyunshan and Guojiashan in the southwestern part of the county, after the early survey and argument of experts, is an ideal venue for construction of water pumping storage projects. To this end, Yushe County Union Shanxi International Energy Group signed a pumping storage and clean energy integrated construction agreement. It plans to build a new energy integrated power generation project of 7 million kilowatts of water storage capacity in Yushe, with a total investment of about 45 billion yuan. Among them, the Guojiashan pumping water storage project is the first phase and traction and basic project.
