At noon on the same day, the policeman of the Yining County Public Security Bureau, Victoria, took two children on the way back to his relatives and saw someone running for help. She told the two children not to get off the car and quickly rushed towards the river. At that time, the river was turbulent. In the process of running and rescue, she saw that there was a shallow beach in the center of the river. The water flow was slow, so she planned to intercept the jellyfish and daughter at the shoal.

In order to race with time, Shi Weinan jumped into the shallow beach regardless of her, and before she had time to stand firm, she saw the shadow of the turbulent water. She reached out and grabbed a child. Shi Weinan struggled to hold the little girl's head out of the water. At this moment, the woman falling into the water was also rushed down.
