Zhao Wenhua introduced that over the past ten years, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has jointly implemented the "Twelfth Five -Year Plan" grass -roots Chinese medicine service capacity improvement project and the "Thirteenth Five -Year Plan" action plan. Promote the construction of the Chinese Medicine Museum of Grassroots Medical and Health Institutions, and improve the comprehensive service capabilities of the township health centers and community health service centers (traditional Chinese medicine museums). From 2012 to 2022, the cumulative investment in the central government in the past decade has supported the construction of 36,700 Chinese medicine museums. As of the end of 2022, 85.38%of the community health service centers and 80.14%of the township health centers nationwide set up a Chinese medicine museum. By the end of 2022, all community health service centers and township health centers were basically achieved.

The third is to strengthen the construction of the traditional Chinese medicine department of county -level non -Chinese medicine medical institutions. Improve the configuration of traditional Chinese medicine service facilities of county -level comprehensive hospitals, specialized hospitals, maternal and child health care institutions, and strengthen the construction of the Chinese Medicine Clinical Department and Chinese Pharmacy. As of the end of 2020, 87.43%of county -level comprehensive hospitals and 63.97%of county -level maternal and child health service agencies have Chinese medicine department, 82.53%of county -level hospitals and 52.82%of county maternal and child health institutions have Chinese pharmacy.

The fourth is to encourage social forces to run Chinese medicine at the grassroots level. Encourage social forces to hold traditional Chinese medicine categories in the county, support the old and old Chinese medicine medical clinics, and ensure that the social handling of non -profit traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions and government -run traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions enjoy equal rights in terms of access and practice.
