Combined with a field survey, the Municipal People's Congress made suggestions: Since the cost of maintenance of a single community is high, can you try the "group purchase" model? Recently, the Municipal Greening and Municipal Affairs Administration stated in writing that it will explore large -scale greening and maintenance methods to reduce costs by overall advancement and update measures to solve the difficulties of practice.

Shen Yingzhang, a representative of the Municipal People's Congress, walked into many residents' homes, especially those who lived in lush trees and old houses. Big branches are blocked, and the indoor lighting is not good. Even the senior residents in the husband's room are not spared. As the cotton tree in some communities is over 40 years old, the tree is more than eight floors, and the roof drainage system also has the risk of "paralyzing" due to fallen leaves.

More serious is insects. Due to the high subttleable trees, the potion is not high enough to completely remove the diseased pests. Improve the system design and explore the large -scale greening maintenance model

In 2017, the "Implementation Measures for the Adjustment of the Greening District of Shanghai Residential Area" conducted detailed specifications on the migration of disturbing the people, and clarified the implementation of the main body, adjustment conditions, adjustment procedures and funding sources. Although the specifications are clear, the residents' feelings are not high. The reason is where the funds from the tree come from? Shen Yingzheng asked, and the market price of a big tree was more than 100,000 yuan. According to the "Implementation Measures", the green adjustment funds in the husband's house are mainly subsidized by the two levels of the urban area and the owners should be borne by themselves. This also means that the tree is going to move the residents' own pockets. "It is difficult to convince other residents with little affected residents to agree to this money."

"It's time to step up the design of the top -level system." A number of representatives of the Municipal People's Congress participating in the survey proposed that the solution of the big tree disturbing the people should not stop at the "Special Affairs Special Office" and respond to the anxiety of the people with greater efforts. They suggested that they can consider drawing the group purchase model in the elevator, which is integrated and packaged by the local streets and town. By setting up a single supply method, the cost of greening in a single community is reduced.

In response, the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Greening and Municipal Rong Administration said that they are considering exploring large -scale greening maintenance models to attract more professional maintenance companies to participate in the greening and maintenance of residential areas.
