The accurate docking with the main axis marks that all the main large equipment of the unit is lifted, entering the total assembly stage, and laid a solid foundation for the first unit of the right bank of the Great Tengxia project to achieve the first unit of the year.

The Dato Gorge Engineering is the iconic project of the 172 major water conservancy projects determined by the State Council. After the project is completed, it will become an important guarantee for flood prevention security in the basin, important nodes of the major national water network project, the water safety of the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area water safety Important barriers, important central support for the construction of the Pearl River Golden Waterway, important support for regional power safety, and important water sources of local and rural revitalization. The project is equipped with 8 largest domestic axis -flowing paddle -type water wheel generator sets. The single -machine capacity is 200 MW, and the annual power generation is 6.055 billion kWh. Among them, the three left banks were put into operation in 2020, with a cumulative power generation of 7.77 billion kWh. Five of the right bank is planned to achieve the first unit power generation target within this year, and all of them are put into operation in 2023.

The rotor of the Dato Gorge engineering generator set consists of a center body, fan -shaped stent, auxiliary tendon, magnetic cymbal, etc., with a maximum diameter of 16.44 meters and a total weight of 940 tons. It is the largest core component during the installation process of the unit. Provide rotating magnetic fields to undertake important functions of energy conversion. The installation quality is directly related to the long -term safe and stable operation of the unit.

The rotor center and six -petal fan brackets are assembled and welded at the same time, and it is difficult to deform control. The 7708 rotary magnetic punch is made by artificially stacking, and the installation process is complicated. During the lifting process, a giant rotor with a diameter of 16.44 meters was embedded in the inner circle with a diameter of 16.49 meters. The adjustment range was less than 1 mm. The equipment volume was large, the installation accuracy and technical requirements were extremely high.

Since the beginning of this year, the Dato Gorge Company anchor the first unit of power generation on the right bank, carefully organizes the participation of all parties to optimize the construction process, inverted node construction periods, strictly grasp quality and safety, improves assembly efficiency, and coordinated the key difficulties of equipment installation. On April 24th and July 5th, the first units of the right bank were successfully completed. At present, the installation of the right -bank generator set is accelerating.
