This white paper targets 208 policy suggestions for industrial policies, energy and environmental policies, taxation and financial policies, labor relations and human resources, international economic and trade, cross -strait policies, intellectual property rights, and youth policies.
Chen Yimin, Secretary -General of the Taiwan Industry Federation, pointed out that Taiwan is currently facing problems such as excessive concentration of industrial, insufficient green energy, youth employment dilemma, "five lacks" Shen Yan and cross -strait relations. The pile parts are worrying.
In terms of energy and environmental policies, the White Paper states that the industrial community is worried about whether the goal of whether it can achieve the energy ratio of 2025, and the people on the island also have doubts about stable power supply. The White Paper proposed 27 suggestions such as accelerating the establishment of a carbon emissions trading system, reviewing the principles of Green Electricity, and priority grid to the Taiwan authorities.
In the cross -strait policy, the White Paper pointed out that there are currently hundreds of thousands of companies investing in the mainland in Taiwan, and thousands of companies have come to Taiwan to invest in Taiwan. In addition, cross -border marriage, study, etc. Tens of thousands of people have the needs of cross -strait. Data show that the mainland is still the first place to invest in Taiwan, and it is also the source of Taiwan's largest trade surplus. The Taiwan authorities should continue to promote relevant policies. This is the common call of the industry in the island.
The white paper emphasizes that the Taiwan authorities should actively create the two -strait dialogue space and formulate related policies with a rational and pragmatic attitude. The white paper also proposes a number of specific suggestions such as resumption of cross -strait transportation convenience, encouraging and supporting civil society groups to exchange for exchanges in the mainland.
