Shuijing Bridge is located in Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture. The whole bridge is 210 meters long. The lower part of the bridge is based on concrete piles. According to the person in charge of the project, the Shuijing Bay Bridge is the first steel box beam bridge to construct in the Shishi high -speed speed. It is also the first time that the province has adopted a bridge with no adhesive prestressed large span steel mixing beam structure. It can provide important reference value for subsequent bridge construction.
It is reported that the Shuijing Bridge has three major advantages in design: to "reduce the burden" for the bridge, in order to actively respond to the national "energy conservation and emission reduction" call and create a "green romantic high -speed". Fang continuously optimizes the construction plan and adopts steel structure bridge. The total weight of the bridge is about 2480 tons, which is more than half of the conventional concrete bridge self -weight. In order to "save time" by the bridge, comprehensively implement the concept of "modular manufacturing and prefabricated construction" in the construction process, maximize human and material resources, and shorten the construction cycle. Each cross -steel box beam is split into 14 sections. After processing in the prefabricated plant, the overall assembly will be completed on the spot. It can be completed by single -span installation in just 7 days. In order to "fitness" for the bridge, due to the large mudslides on the bridge, and the cross -breaking zone of the high -intensity earthquake, for special geographical geological conditions, the new type of non -adhesive prestressed large span steel mixed combination beam structure is used. Compared with traditional concrete bridges, the bridge applied to this structure has the advantages of large span, good seismic resistance, and strong recovery after the disaster.
As of the end of July 2022, the Capital Expressway has completed a total investment of 2.302 billion yuan this year, with a cumulative investment of 7.714 billion yuan in construction, accounting for 44.3%of the total investment of 17.408 billion yuan. Since the start of 39.7%of the roadbed projects, 37.1%of Qiaoyan projects, and 51.1%of the tunnel projects; the construction of all 7 interoperability, 18 tunnels on the entire line, and important wading bridges including Urban Pharma.
The Shishi Expressway is a "red road" that is highly consistent with the Red Army's Long March path. It is also a connection channel connecting the two large Sichuan traffic artery, which connects Yaki and Yakang High Speed. After the project is completed, a number of highways and national trunk lines in the connected area will further improve the Sichuan highway network. At the same time, it is also of great significance to building Huan Gongga Tourism Economic Circle, accelerating the development of advantageous resources and social and economic development, and promoting rural revitalization along the route.
