On the morning of July 29, the "Welcome to the 20th National Congress will always follow the party" Qingdao old cadre and old soldiers photography work exhibition was launched at the Qingdao CPPCC Cultural History Museum. The photography creation base of the Qingdao Old Cadre Photography Association was unveiled at the Qingdao CPPCC Cultural and History Museum.

At the ceremony, Jiang Zhengxuan, former deputy minister of the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, former director of the Municipal Cultural and Broadcasting Bureau, and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Society Photography Association.
