Jiang Guiju was born in Belle City Belinharine Midun Township. In 1997, she returned to her hometown after graduating from the Xinjiang Agricultural Reclamation University of Education (now Shihezi Engineering Vocational and Technical College). In the late 1980s, in order to improve the production of crop, some places in Bole City began to implement mechanized technology in large areas, and problems such as land knots and "white pollution" appeared.

"I think how to reduce pollution and promote farmers to increase their income." Jiang Guiju learned that protective farming technology does not need to be paved with ground membranes. It can reduce dust and white pollution, and also improve land to resist drought and production capacity.

In order to allow protective farming technology to be applied in the local area, Jiang Guiju led the team to study all over the country. After 11 years of continuous efforts, in 2019, it finally successfully developed a set of corn -free and drip irrigation bands. "The seeding machine with this device can complete the seeding, fertilization, and drip irrigation with shallow mechanized operation." Jiang Guiju said.

In the early days of technological research and development, the test field was repeatedly "drained". To this end, Jiang Guiju led the team to study and solve the problem of weeding. But another problem appeared: the equipment must be promoted to protective farming technology on a large scale. "Foreign equipment is too expensive, we will find a way to modify it by ourselves." Jiang Guiju refused to lose.

Jiang Guiju's hard work has achieved gratifying results. In 2019, the average land yield of land that promoted protective farming technology in Bole City reached 1097.3 kg/mu, which was higher than the average production level of the same period.

When promoting this technology, Jiang Guiju was not discouraged in the face of farmers' incomprehension. She said: "What we have to do is to send the information on the door, pass the technology to the household, and guide to the field, find a way to help them, and build a sense of trust with my heart."

Every year, from crop sowing to harvest, Jiang Guiju led the team to serve farmers throughout the process and never slacken. In spring, the cold wind and the machine sowing work. In the summer, the farmers are directed at high temperature to guide farmers to cultivate and take medicine ...

"Don't worry, we have inspected many parties. This technology is currently the most practical. It has been repeatedly tested for four or five years. There are questions to find our technicians." "I contracted more than 2,000 acres of land. Under the technical guidance of Teacher Jiang, the average of 200 yuan per mu can now save 200 yuan." Said Xiao Shiping, a grower in Qingdeli Town, Bole City.
