The "Standard" clearly states that the overall requirements of the operation and management of tourism homestays include the requirements of operating conditions, scale, safety, hygiene, epidemic prevention, and environmental protection; The requirements of the communication network; the requirements of building and facilities, including building decoration, guest room facilities, kitchen and restaurants, public leisure facilities, grass grass rooms, cleaning rooms, toilets and other functional areas.

The "Standard" clearly states that the hygiene and service requirements of tourist homestays include guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, indoor and outdoor public areas and customer supplies hygiene, host services, daily reception services, customized services and other services; operation and management requirements, management requirements, Including publicity and marketing, establishing management systems and service specifications through media platforms, and effective handling of various complaints.

The "Standard" also clearly states that the specific measures and scoring rules of the tourism homestay grade level by the tourism homestay assessment agency. In accordance with the scoring rules, the level of comprehensive evaluation scoring of tourist homestays is determined. Travel homestays that meet the requirements of the corresponding level can use the level logo, which is valid for 3 years. After 3 years, it should be reviewed. The level of illegal violations during the operation of tourism and breakfast should be canceled. After 3 years of canceling the level, you can re -apply for the level assessment.
