With the opening of Zhang Shang's high -speed speed, a new channel connecting Beijing, Hebei, and Inner Mongolia -Beijing Shang (Beijing -Shangyi) high -speed prototype first appeared. The Hebei section of the Jingchang high speed consists of three sections of Yanchong Mortar Highway, Chongli to Zhangbei Expressway, and Zhangshang High Speed. At present, Yan Chong and Zhang Shang have been opened to traffic. The high speed of Chongli to Zhangbei section is expected to start construction at the "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan" period. As an important high -speed channel connected with western Beijing and western Inner Mongolia, Jingshang Expressway has built a large channel for transportation in the northwest of Beijing, improves the structure of high -speed road networks in Hebei Province, promotes the integrated process of Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei transportation, and promotes the economic and social and tourism of the regions along the route.
