Jiang Yi also pointed out that the current domestic carbon emissions management mainly adopts artificial quota, which will weaken the competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent. He believes that human quotas will be affected by "planning", and market demand should be the actual driver of production activities. In addition, because the division of labor in various places is different, if only direct carbon emissions are used, it is easy to lead to "sports -type carbon reduction".

Lin Yan, president and researcher of the Resources and Environment Research Branch of the China Standardization Research Institute, said that the construction of the "double carbon" standard system should follow three principles: full coverage, multi -dimensional, and multi -level.
