1. Recruitment position
Relevant units of the Navy are engaged in technical work in equipment maintenance, material and equipment storage, logistics support, cultural services, laboratory management and other work. See the attachment for the specific recruitment position plan.

2. Recruitment object
Recruitment objects are social personnel (including retired soldiers) who meet the requirements of the regulations.
3. Application conditions
(1) Political conditions. Candidates shall meet the standard conditions for the military recruitment of civilian staff.
(2) Qualification conditions. The professional skills of the professional skills of the exam should obtain the senior skills, intermediate skills, and primary skills professional qualifications of the corresponding majors (types of work); of which, those who apply for vehicle driving professional positions Or the "Chinese People's Liberation Army Military Vehicle Driver's License" and have a professional qualification certificate or meet the requirements of quasi -driving models.
(3) Education conditions. The application of technical jobs in the examination should have a college degree or above.
(4) Age conditions. Those who apply for professional skills in the third and fourth levels of the exam are no more than 35 years old (born after August 1986); those who apply for professional skills in the fifth level of professional skills will not exceed 30 years of age (born after August 1991).
(5) Body conditions. Candidates shall meet the standard conditions for the military recruitment of civilian staff.
(6) Household registration conditions. In principle, the household registration of the applicable target shall belong to the same province (autonomous region and municipality) as the employer in principle. Among them, those who are not in Shanghai but hold a Shanghai residence permit, and can apply for posts in Shanghai with the review and consent of the use of people.
(7) Other conditions. Under the premise that the above basic conditions are met, the specific application conditions shall be determined by the employer according to the position needs.
Candidates have obtained their academic qualifications and vocational qualifications, and the deadline is August 31, 2022.
Fourth, recruitment procedure
(1) Announce recruitment information. The Navy issued an announcement through the Army Talent Network (website: http://www.81rc.mil.cn or http://81rc.81.cn), and publicized the recruitment position.
(2) Registration online. The registration time is from 08:00 to 18:00 on August 1st. Candidates log in to the military talent network "The Registration System for the Cultural Personnel of the Army in 2022 for the Public Recruitment of Professional Skills Jobs in 2022". The employer conducts a preliminary review of the information and the certification materials to confirm whether the application conditions are met. Generally, the preliminary examination results are generally reported in about 2 days. After passing the review, the candidate can use the online payment method to pay the registration fee of RMB 50 before the registration deadline. (3) Qualification review. The scope of qualification review includes identity information, cultural level, vocational qualifications, location of household registration, political appearance, work experience, etc., and applicants must provide ID cards, household registration, graduation certificate, driver's license, professional skills qualifications according to the requirements of the application position requirements Certificate, employment contract, labor contract and other proof materials.
For those who have passed the qualifications and obtained the effective results of the theoretical examinations, the preferential treatment policies are implemented. The total scores of theoretical examinations and skills assessment are converted according to the percentage system. Among them, the theoretical test scores (including the policy extra points) account for 40%, and the skill assessment results account for 60%.
(5) Determine the pre -selected object. Before October 10th, the employer according to the planned number of recruitment by 1: 2, and determines the pre -selection object from high to low according to the total score of theoretical examinations and skills assessment. If the results are the same, the ranking will be determined according to the performance of the skill assessment and the performance of the operation skills.
(6) Physical examination and political assessment. Before October 15, the superior units of the employer organized the pre -selected objects for medical examination. The medical examination is performed in the prescribed medical institution. If the candidate has doubts about the results of the medical examination, you can apply for a re -examination with the employer within 3 days of receiving the results of the medical examination. Among them, the medical institution that can affect the test results that can affect the test results through taking drugs or other treatment methods will not be re -examination. If the re -inspection is required to meet the regulations, the employer is organized and implemented.
The pre -selected object of the physical examination is organized by the employer to conduct political assessment, and the political assessment work is completed by October 25.
(7) Determine the subject and publicity. Before the end of October, the pre -selected objects that qualify for the medical examination and political assessment, the employer determines the proposed objects based on the total scores of the examination assessment. (8) Approval and recruitment. Before the end of November, the list of objects to be approved by the approval.
