These measures have played an important role in promoting the reduction, resource and harmlessization of various solid waste. At present, there are 73 enterprises in the district's hazardous waste disposal, and the total disposal capacity of hazardous waste has reached 8.536 million tons. The construction pilot laid a certain foundation.

However, there are still many shortcomings in the construction of "non -waste cities". The secondary utilization rate of agricultural waste is not high, the classification of domestic waste is not fast, and the collection of small and micro enterprises and social source hazardous wastes difficulty will be as good as scum, powder and coal ash. There are many problems such as the low utilization rate of large industrial solid waste and difficulty in disposal of construction waste.

There is also the problem of ground film recycling. According to the data, the total amount of ground membranes in the region was about 170,000 tons in 2021. At present, the recovery rate of agricultural land used in our district has reached 80%, and 85%of the "14th Five -Year Plan" period will reach 85%. As high as 90%, there are many difficulties in secondary use. The residual membrane waste is stacked on the ground, recycling site or processing plant, and there is a risk of secondary pollution.

The progress of garbage classification is also unsatisfactory. Some residents have not yet formed a consciousness of garbage classification and utilization, the infrastructure is not complete, and the disposal of garbage classification and transfer has not formed the industrial chain. It has not yet formed a market system, which has hindered the speed of promotion of domestic waste classification.

The construction of "non -waste cities" is not only a comprehensive way to solve the problem of solid waste, but also an effective carrier to promote urban green and low -carbon development.
