From July 20-24, 2022, the "Vocational Education Service Rural Revitalization Strategy" of Hunan Province's vocational education innovation and development was officially launched. In response to the major issue of "how vocational education serves the revitalization of the countryside", the project team has successively went to Hunan Agricultural University, Hunan Biomedical Vocational and Technical College, Hunan Vocational and Technical College, Hunan Yiyang Vocational and Technical College, Hunan Environmental Biotechnology College, Loudi Vocational College Technical College, Hunan Dongkou County Vocational School, Hunan Huaihua Vocational and Technical College, Dongkou County Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Shaodong Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Shaodong Yangchang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Changsheng Hongyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. conducted in -depth investigations. The research content includes: first, the opening and development of agricultural related majors. Including the number of students involved in agriculture, the number of students from rural areas, the target training goals of professional talents, professional curriculum settings, professional supporting training equipment, and whether there is a training base outside the school. The proportion of professional training courses to professional courses. The employment of agricultural -related students is employed, and the students of agricultural -related majors are promoted. The second is the situation of agricultural professional teachers. Including professional teachers, the age structure of professional teachers and the level of teaching, hiring the situation of professional teachers off -campus, the school takes measures to take the professional growth of professional teachers in agriculture -related teachers. The third is to undertake social training or farmers' training in agriculture -related majors. Fourth, what problems and difficulties in the development of agricultural -related majors are in the development of the development of vocational colleges and the construction of agricultural -related majors in vocational colleges and the development of rural vocational education. Fifth, measures in vocational education services and rural rejuvenation and put forward suggestions for the revitalization of vocational education services in Hunan. Through this survey, the project team found that the outstanding problems in the revitalization of vocational education and services in Hunan Province were: first, the attractiveness of agricultural -related majors was insufficient; the second was that the structure of agricultural -related majors and the upgrading of modern agricultural industries were not matched; third, curriculum textbooks The content is seriously lagging behind; the fourth is that the school training base of agricultural -related majors is seriously insufficient; fifth is that the professional literacy of teachers related to agricultural related teachers needs to be further improved; sixth is that students related to agricultural involved are "unable to go, not be able to stay, and not do well". question. The above issues seriously hinder Hunan Vocational College high -quality service rural rejuvenation. This survey initially formed the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Vocational Education Agricultural Professional Construction" and "Hunan Provincial Vocational Education Service Rural Rejuvenation Policy Policy Recommendation": follow -up questionnaire survey, data collection and data collection, data collection, and data collection.
