1. Scope of application

This system is applicable to public places such as party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, medical institutions, cultural entertainment, tourist attractions, shopping malls, fitness venues, hotels, pharmacies, pension institutions, training institutions, projects, various stores, etc. Essence

(1) For the following situations, the industry authority or the headquarters of the township and township sub -district newspapers will be treated with the "yellow card" warning process.

1. The measures of the normalization epidemic prevention and control are not implemented;

2. Units, venue employees, and employees have not performed nucleic acid testing in accordance with the prescribed frequency;

3. Do not apply for the use of the "place code" as required, and the "place code" is not posted at the conspicuous position;

4. Failure to remind the visitors in time to scan the "place code";

5. If the code is not checked or the "bright yellow code" personnel restrict the entry policy after scanning the code;

6. Finding the "place code" scanning code appears red and yellow -code personnel, and did not immediately report to the community in the community;

7. If special groups such as the elderly, minors, etc. do not provide reverse code scanning services;

8. Other violations of the "place code" application stipulated behavior.

(2) For the following situations, the industry competent department or the headquarters of the local township and township newspapers will be "red card" warning and suspending business and rectification.

1. Two consecutive times were warned by the "yellow card";

2. The "yellow card" warning did not complete the rectification at the prescribed time limit after warning;

5. Other behaviors of other serious violations of epidemic prevention and control.

1.
