In 2000, after graduating from the Sichuan Provincial Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School in Sichuan Province, Liao Wen joined the Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Factory (predecessor of Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) to engage in packaging, bottle washing, light inspection and other work.

In 2003, Liao Wen ushered in the opportunity. The company recruits electrical and electrical maintenance workers. Liao Wen successfully passed theoretical and practical tests to become a mechanical and electrical maintenance worker. Two years later, Liao Wen was transferred to Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Liao Wen's road to the craftsman condensed his countless efforts.
In 2007, Liao Wen participated in the company's technical reform for the first time.
At that time, the bottle washing machine equipment on the company's production line had a large water consumption of the bottle. The original plane valve material was ceramic, with high friction coefficients and poor toughness. If it was slightly unbalanced, it would be scrapped and it was easy to cause damage to ceramic plane valve. "The plane valve should be broken two or three every month, and it takes thousands of yuan to change a plane valve. Once the plane valve is scrapped, it means that the device is 'stopping'." Liao Wen looked in his eyes and was anxious.
Under the study, Liao Wen and colleagues decided to overcome the technical difficulties of "water -to -gas" ("water washing" to "gas washing"), which can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption. And this is also the first attempt to try Sichuan Coron Pharmaceutical Company.
Without the foundation of his predecessors, Liao Wen and his colleagues were blind. After half a month of transformation and debugging, the technical difficulties of "water -to -gas" were overwhelmed by Liao Wen. The modified equipment only needs to be maintained once a month, and water consumption and equipment loss are greatly reduced.
Last year, Liao Wen had a new attempt. In the traditional process, the bottle mouth is facing up after blowing the bottle, and the filling process is 3.8 meters. At this distance, the risk of fascinating foreign bodies falls into the bottle. "If the bottle mouth is down after blowing the bottle, the risk of foreign matter falling into the bottle will be eliminated."
In 2018, Liao Wen tried the technical reform of "blow irrigation connecting upside down transmission". The technical reform failed 5 times. Liao Wen wanted to give up. The company leaders encouraged him, "Do it again, in case of success."
In June this year, the sixth experiment was successful. Now, the bottle mouth is down after blowing the bottle, reducing the risk of product damage. As a result, the manual was used by Liao Wen to various operations, and more than 30 maintenance personnel were trained, and equipment maintenance personnel were organized every year to conduct skill competitions, practical operation and theoretical competitions. At present, more than 10 people have become the company's main equipment maintenance technical backbone.
