The "Index" combines the characteristics of the development of the computing power industry and important influencing factors, and the comprehensive computing power, the value, the capacity, the capacity and the environment, and have more than 30 indicators to build the Chinese comprehensive computing power index system and measure the comprehensive level of computing power development in various provinces and cities in my country. In terms of comprehensive computing power index, Shandong ranks seventh in the country. Since 2019, Shandong's comprehensive computing power level has increased significantly, and the growth rate is far exceeding the national average. It has advanced to my country's first echelon from 10.

In terms of computing power index, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong have developed, and other provinces have more room for computing power and efficiency. Among them, Shandong has made great progress, and the demand for digital transformation of local traditional industries has gradually become an important driving force for the scale and quality improvement of Shandong's computing power. According to Pan Jingshan, deputy director of the National Super Computing Jinan Center, the supercomputing Internet has basically completed the coverage in various cities in Shandong, and it is expected that the integration of Shandong calculation network can be achieved in August.

In the context of the digital economy, demand is a key indicator to support the era of big data. my country's data storage overall capacity ranking factories have significant effects, and Guangdong and Jiangsu rank among the best. In terms of network capacity and quality, Jiangsu and Zhejiang are in the leading positions in the country, and Shandong and Beishangguang followed. It is worth mentioning that in May of this year, the two national Internet backbone straight connections of Jinan and Qingdao, Shandong, became the first "dual hub" province in the country, and the capacity was significantly enhanced.

In terms of environmental sections, the development environment indexes in Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Shanxi, Guangdong, and Beijing are high. In the past year, Shandong has continuously released a number of policies and measures to further improve the top -level design, the basic support of the strong network, ensure land use and electricity project resources, increase financial support, expand the computing power industry market, support the construction of new data centers, for the construction of new data centers. The development of the computing power industry provides an excellent environment.
