The following arrangements will be made in the newly entered children's physical examination time in the fall of 2022. Please actively cooperate with parents to do a healthy medical examination for your child on schedule.

Conventional inspection (required project):

1. Physical examination: height, weight, facial features, oral cavity, thoracic, spine limbs, external genitalia, cardiopulmonary hearing, etc.

2. Vision screening: eye appearance inspection, refractive screening, eye check.

4. Laboratory assistance inspection: liver merit, blood routine.

Voluntary selection of medical examination items:

1. Ultrasonic bone density check;

2. Trace elements (prompt: peripheral blood collection);

3.255 hydroxyl vitamin D measurement;

4. Blood type.

Precautions

1. Parents and children must obey the arrangement of the pre -examination and associate clinic staff, and they need to enter the hospital with 72 -hour nucleic acid test negative report. (Adjust according to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control)

2. Parents and children must wear masks and household registration books during physical examination. Each child requires only a parent.

3. Children's physical examination requires an empty stomach (fasting, water) in the morning for blood testing.

4. The new student entry medical examination report will go to the children's health department (Room 111) on the first floor of the clinic the next afternoon after the medical examination (Saturday and Sunday afternoon).

5. Parents need to apply for a child electronic health card in advance: download health Gansu APP → enter the homepage and click the electronic health card → switch the clinic → family member management → add family members → enter the child ID number and name → generate children's QR code for backup.
