On July 29, the staff of the Benxi Grand Canyon Scenic Area told Jimu Journalists that when the bungee tourist jumped off the platform, the staff pulled it back to the platform with an electricity recovery device. The pull platform takes three or five minutes. At around 9:20 on the 28th, the tourist just jumped off the platform. The power supply network outside the scenic area failed, and the scenic area suddenly stopped power. The scenic area has a spare power supply, but the first idea of ​​the staff is to pull the tourists back to the platform first, so according to the emergency plan, the tourist is pulled up with a manual recovery device. The whole process is about 20 minutes.

The staff member said that the tourist did not have any discomfort after being pulled up, and then continued to play other projects.
