The special activity of entrepreneurial leaders and the National Finals of the 3rd Malan Flower National Entrepreneurship Training Lecturer Contest successfully ended on July 29, 2022.

The theme of the competition is "Entrepreneurship Training and Innovation Leaders". It was officially launched in April 2021. After the selection of the municipal preliminary competition and provincial -level competition, 29 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 74 entrepreneurial training lecturers and lecturers 227 micro -class works advanced to the National Finals. After fierce competition, 20 people won the first, second, and third prizes in the competition and won the qualifications of entrepreneurial trainers. At the same time, the competition also awarded the Venture Class Training Micro -Leather Award, Excellent Organization Award, outstanding contribution award and entrepreneurial innovation practice award.

The competition exchanged the experience of entrepreneurial training, discussed the technology of entrepreneurial training, demonstrated the style of training teachers, spread the results of entrepreneurial training, led the development of the Ma Lanhua entrepreneurial training project, and became the brand activity of employment and entrepreneurship services for the human resources and social security department. Support the promotion of "double innovation" and stabilizing employment.

The competition is directed by the Department of Employment Promotion of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Employment Promotion of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The China Employment Training Technology Guidance Center and the China Employment Promotion Association are hosted, and the Zhejiang Human Resources and Social Security Department and Hangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau are hosted.
