The establishment of the group's initiative was initiated by Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations.The group was ordered to coordinate and promote friendly cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Central and Eastern European countries and China, and reported directly to the Bosnia and Herzegovina Minister's meeting.
