1. Implement the responsibility for the stability and price supply

Relevant production and operators shall effectively fulfill the "Quartet responsibility" of the epidemic prevention and control to ensure the stability of the prices of epidemic prevention materials and people's livelihood products.

1. Bright price and integrity operations shall not charge unpaid fees.

2. If the government guidance price and government pricing shall strictly implement relevant policies and regulations.

3. If the market adjusts prices, it is not allowed to take the opportunity to raise prices, do not fabricate or spread the price increase information, and must not hume or use other means to make prices and make huge profits.

4. Consciously responsibility for the prevention and control of the epidemic, increase material reserves, ensure the smooth flow of logistics, strengthen terminal distribution, and open up the price to maintain the "last meter".

Second, strictly fight price illegal acts

The market supervision department will strengthen price monitoring and early warning, and severely crack down on price illegal acts such as prices, hoarding, and price fraud.

1. If the price is violated, it will be ordered to make corrections in accordance with the law. If the illegal income is confiscated, a fine of less than 5,000 yuan may be placed.

2. If it is connected to each other and manipulates the market price, if the price of commodity rises significantly, it may be fined below 5 million yuan; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend or revoke a business license.

3. If the government guidance price, government pricing, and not implement statutory price intervention measures, and emergency measures, they may be fined less than 2 million yuan; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be ordered to suspend business and rectify.

4. If the behavior constitutes a crime, the public security department is transferred to the public security department to investigate criminal responsibility.
