Application condition

1. Operating in the administrative area of ​​Weifang for more than one year (based on the registration time of business licenses), it has an independent legal person qualification and can bear civil liability independently.

2. The operating activities of the homestay shall meet the relevant planning and ecological environmental protection requirements, obtain a business license, and meet the relevant regulations and requirements of hygiene, food, fire protection, environmental protection and special industries, and obtain relevant certificates and complete certificates.

3. No major security accidents and tourist complaints have occurred in the past year.

Evaluation permissions

The three -star homestay was organized and recommended by the cultural and tourism management departments of each county and city (city -owned development zone), and the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau finally evaluated. The four -star and five -star homestays are organized and recommended by the cultural and tourism management departments of each county and city (city -owned development zone).

Assessment process

(1) Declaration

Before July 31, the homestay operating unit that meets the assessment conditions submits an application to the cultural and tourism management department of the county and city (city -owned development zone) in the county and city, and submits the following application materials:

1. "Tourist B & B Star Evaluation Application Report" (see Annex 1);

2. The "Star Rating Standards for Tourism B & B" (see Annex 2) with self -assessment scores;

3. Photos of the environment, appearance and internal facilities around the homestay, the number of photos is not less than 5 photos;

4. A copy of related documents such as business licenses, hygiene licenses, food management permits, fire protection, etc.

(2) Preliminary evaluation recommendation

Before August 5th, the cultural and tourism management departments of each county and city (city -owned development zone) conducted a preliminary evaluation of the reported homestay operating units declared. (3) Evaluation

2. On -site inspection. After the written materials were qualified, the city assessment expert group conducted inspections on the corresponding level standards, including reporting the situation, inspecting relevant information, on -site inspections, and forming an inspection report.

(4) Examination publicity

Before August 20, the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau reviewed the results of the inspection. If the review and identification meets the level standards, the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau will publicize it to the society for five working days. Tourism homestays that have not reached the level standards shall be rectified according to the feedback from the evaluation and re -apply for the assessment.

(5) Published

The Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau issued a document published on the results of the homestays of the public announcement period and there was no objection, and the sign was issued.
