Zero charges are implemented at school tuition fees at the elementary school stage

Since the fall of 2022, the government has purchased the degree in primary schools in schools running schools. All the tuition fees at school at the elementary school are charged.

The junior high school stage is charged at the standard, and it can rise up to 10% up to 10%

According to the "Notice", the benchmark price of accommodation fees during the junior high school stage of tuition and compulsory education is implemented in accordance with the new standards (see the picture for details of the benchmark price).

The boarding school must no longer charge a after -class service fee

In terms of after -school service charges, the "Notice" requires that non -boarding schools provide post -school services in order to solve the problem of "early school, difficulty in pick -up, and unmanned" of primary and secondary school students. The post -service has been included in the cost of education and training, and the school will no longer charge students from the service fee.

In addition, in order to facilitate the study and life of students, schools can refer to the relevant provisions of public schools at the same school level, and collect service charges and agency charges in accordance with the principle of "students voluntarily, collectively collecting, separate accounts, and regular settlement". The cafeteria collects food fees from voluntary dining students, and should adhere to the principle of public welfare and not for profit.

It is reported that the "Notice" has been implemented since the fall of 2022, and all private school charging standard documents were abolished at the same time; during the implementation period, the state and provinces have other regulations.
