Firefighters immediately investigated the river water situation, using the rubber boat to approach the shallow beach, and successfully rescued the first six trapped people.

At this time, the water level of the river continued to rise, and the current was turbulent. Due to the complex terrain of the river, the river rolls were mixed with a large amount of sand and gravel trees.
