The Yangang Dongli Communications Project is located north of Donggang District, Yantian District. It intersects with Yanba high -speed, Pingyan channel, intended to build Yanlong Express, and Donggang District.

10 new ramps in this project, with a total length of about 7.71 kilometers, including 16 new bridges, a total of 4.12 kilometers in the bridge; 5 tunnels, 2 kilometers long, and 81%of the bridge tunnel ratio.
