He was equally responsible for the accident and should be liable for the plaintiff's reasonable loss.The court believes that if the staff of the employer causes damage to others due to the implementation tasks, the employer shall bear the liability for infringement.In the end, the court ruled that Shanghai Pis winkee Co., Ltd. compensated the plaintiff's medical expenses, death compensation, mental damage soothing, funeral expenses, etc., totaling about 246,200 yuan.
