I. Scope of control: Construction of the third section of the North Road, the west section of the Erxianqiao, Central Road, Minxing One Road, Xianyun Second Road, Jilin Road, Zhixing Road, Xilin Street, Laomaqiao Street, Gaomaqiao Road, Gaocar East Road , The No. 4 Section of the Second Ring Road, the Sanyou Road, the North Fourth Section of the First Ring Road, the second section of the Fuqing Road, and the east section of the Second Ring Road (excluding the above roads) all the roads.

3. The following vehicles are not limited by temporary traffic control measures:

(2) Special vehicles such as rescue, fire protection, public security, rescue and rescue;
