Health management measures in key regions in China (updated at 17:00 on July 28)

1. Immigration staff

Adopt the "7 -day centralized isolation medical observation+3 Heavenly House Health Monitoring" management measures for immigration personnel, and carry out one, 2, 3, 5, and 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation. Carry out nucleic acid detection once in 3 days. Do not go out during home health monitoring. If special circumstances such as medical treatment must go out, do personal protection when going out, and avoid taking public transportation as much as possible.

In our province's entry and destinations, we are the personnel of our province. After 7 days of centralized observation of medicine, the destination epidemic prevention and control headquarters is transferred to the destination to implement home health monitoring for 3 days. In our province's entry and destinations, it is a person in foreign provinces. After 7 days of centralized observation of medicine, it was transferred from a closed -loop of the immigration epidemic prevention and control headquarters to a dedicated channel from Hubei. Entry and destinations in other provinces are the personnel of our province. From the destination epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the first entry of the E -Pass closed loop to the destination place, and the observation of medical observation for 7 days will be concentrated. Home health monitoring; if the centralized isolation medical observation is not over 7 days, it will come to Hubei to make up for centralized isolation medical observation time to implement the health monitoring of 3 Heavenly Home Home.

2. Come from other provinces (return) Establish

(1) Active health declaration

Pass the following ways in advance for health declaration, and fill in personal information truthfully:

1. Log in to the "Ehui Office" APP -Health Code -Autonomous Declaration for Reporting;

5. Other officially identified independent reporting methods for reports shall be reported by the officials in various places.

1. 2. Medical observation conditions and implement centralized isolation medical observation.

3. In the past 7 days, there are low -risk areas (other areas (cities, districts, flags) in the middle and high risk areas) who live in the history of (other areas (cities, districts, flags)). Good health monitoring.

4. In the past 7 days, there are historical people in the epidemic area. After assessment, when the epidemic occurs in a large scale, a large risk of community transmission, and high risk of spillover, the health monitoring of home health, community health monitoring, and health management measures corresponding to high and medium -risk areas are adopted.
