At present, the "Credit Medical" has been implemented at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University, dental hospital affiliated to Xiamen Medical College, and Huli District Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The opinion pointed out that the citizens, medical institutions and financial institutions that connect to the public service platform of the credit medical medical treatment provide citizens with "first -diagnosis and treatment" services such as pre -recharge for medical removal, on -site settlement, and interest -free accounting period. You can choose medical institutions, medical scenarios, financial institutions and repayment methods. Signing financial institutions on the Credit Medical Public Service Platform provides at least 42 days of exemption.

This model provides citizens with credit value distribution and credit medical treatment. In addition, the credit value family sharing mechanism, credit value and exclusive quota family sharing, solving the inconvenient problem of "one old and one young" for medical treatment.

The opinion pointed out that the model strives to produce significant benefits within one year and form a credit medical treatment model with Xiamen characteristic in the country. By the end of 2022, the five public medical institutions were launched, mainly for outpatient scenes. By June 30, 2023, 51 medical institutions (including 39 community health service centers) will be launched and steadily expand to the hospitalization scene. Strive for the implementation of inclusiveness within 2 years, and public medical institutions are fully covered. By June 30, 2024, strive to cover all public medical institutions and all voluntary contract citizens.
