On July 15th, the consortium led by the development of the Railway Construction won the comprehensive land comprehensive rectification project of Yangmei Town, Huazhou City, Guangdong Province.The project is implemented in the EPC model, with a total investment of 1.112 billion yuan, which is a provincial pilot project of comprehensive land rectification in Guangdong Province.
The project covers four major sections: agricultural land organic, construction land, rural ecological restoration, and rural human settlement environment. The land remediation area is 4,000 acres, and the river channel rectification is more than 90 kilometers to benefit the residents of the whole town of Yangmei Town.The implementation of the project will solve the problems of weak farmland infrastructure in Yangmei Town, lack of cultivated land, insufficient public service facilities, uneven distribution, single agricultural industry structure, and ecological environmental pollution to enhance regional residents' sense of happiness and gain.
It is reported that since the establishment of Tiejian Development, a number of comprehensive land rectification and environmental improvement projects with industry influence have been invested and constructed.This time, the development of Railway Construction will take the comprehensive land comprehensive rectification project of Yangmei Town, Huagu City as the breakthrough.
